Spring Fever

Time for a little March Madness...

Spring fever can be defined as a feeling or restlessness or excitement associated with the coming of Spring. My question is - does this phenomenon really exist or is it simply a phrase that was coined a long time ago?

What do you think? From my own personal experience, I can attest to the fact that life definitely gets a little easier as Winter fades and Spring rushes in. It is easier getting out of bed in the morning, and I feel a lot more energy. The sun is out. Flowers are being reborn. Life just feels better. So whether Spring fever is real or not, it is definitely a reality to me.

Even if you don't experience Spring fever, perhaps you are experiencing a little March Madness. For all those college basketball fans out there, the time is now. I hope your favorite team is still in the running, and I wish them luck.
